  Check-in to the apartment is possible at any convenient time from 15:00 to 23:00, check-out is possible until 10:00.

  Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee.

  Check-in before 12:00 is charged in the amount of 1 night stay, check-in from 12:00 to 15.00 is paid in the amount of half the cost of a night stay. The cost of late check–out from 10:00 to 17:00 is paid in the amount of the cost of half a night's stay, check-out after 17:00 is paid in the amount of 1 night's stay. This additional service is provided by prior agreement, if there is a vacant apartment.

  Check-in to the apartment is carried out with the manager until 18:00, from 18:00 to 23:00 it is possible to independently check into the apartment with a full prepayment.

  Smoking is strictly prohibited.

  Reservations for the current day are accepted until 23:00.

  A deposit is required in the period from December 31 to January 01. The cost varies depending on the number of rooms and location. Moscow: one-room facilities — RUB 10000.00, two-rooms — RUB 15000.00, three-rooms — RUB 20000.00. All properties in the Moscow region — RUB 5000.00.
