  Before each arrival, all surfaces and utensils are thoroughly disinfected with antiseptic virulicidal agents and the linen is treated with professional agents in the laundry.

  Apartment rules:

  - the flat is not available for 1 night on Fridays and Saturdays;

  - electronic check-in and signing of the rental contract;

  - self check-in;

  - smoking, guests overbooking, parties, neighbours complaining about noise - the deposit will not be refunded;

  - damage and missing items, stains on linen and towels will be refunded at current market value;

  - Standard cleaning upon check-out is not included in the room rate and will be charged additionally. For longer stays cleaning will be done and paid weekly;

  - If the flat requires a general cleaning upon check-out, the cost of this will be deducted from the security deposit.
