  This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property's terms and conditions will be sent to the guest following their booking. Please note that a valid photo ID in the form of a driving licence or passport will be required of the lead booker. A copy of this needs to be sent to the property at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date. Full names and nationalities of all guests will also be required. Please note that early check-in and late check-out at 13:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 20, subject to availability and prior agreement. All early/late requests will only be confirmed on the day of check-in/out. Please note that this property has a strict no-party policy. If this policy is violated, guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds. Please note that the lead booker is responsible for any extra guests or visitors. No visitor should stay after 23:00. If this rule is violated, guests may be asked to leave immediately with no refunds. Please note a cleaning fee of GBP 100 will be charged if the property requires excessive cleaning. Please note that the property has a strict no-smoking policy. A smoking fine of GBP 250 will be charged if any trace of smoking is found in the property. The same charge of GBP 250 will apply if guests are found tampering with the fire and smoke alarms. Please note that 100% payment is required for all bookings made within 14 days of the arrival date.
