  This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We do not allow party of any sort including birthday, stag, hen, wedding etc. If this policy is violated, guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds of booking fee and deposit. If required, our security team will evict the guests and additional charge of £250 will be applied. Please note that the property has a strict no-smoking policy. A smoking fine of GBP 250 will be charged if any trace of smoking is found in the property. The same charge of GBP 200 will apply if guests are found tampering with the fire and smoke alarms. Please note that early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to availability and applicable fees being paid.
