This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note a GBP 80 fee is applicable for lost keys or fobs and it will be deducted from the security deposit. Managed by a private host
