  This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform Bond Street Serviced Apartment of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property is only suitable for families. All rooms are completely nonsmoking. Guests found to be smoking will be fined and may also be charged a fee for damages. Please inform the property in advance if a cot or crib is required. The apartment is located on the third floor without a elevator. Guests are required to provide a photo identification prior to arrival. Kindly note no parties are allowed on the premises, and guests creating excessive noise will be asked to leave. Please note the lead guest must be 25 years and older. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking is required on arrival as identification for check-in.
