Pros: good place, clean, good bed, good balcony, good room service. Cons: Electricity goes off and on, so AC usually goes off too — in BLR AC is a must — also internet and TV goes off. I dont like very much not buffet breakfast but is better than Royal serenity. -Edited 17 Jul- Before this, 3 stars. I don't know how to add a new comment, so I'm editing original one. I never thought someone actually reads the reviews (1 more start to Pommels Management). Regarding AC, there was an electric issue which hotel solved in next 3 days and guess what, now I have proper AC. Electricity goes of, but thats not _Hotel fault, I came to know is Bangalore core :-). Service is Awesome, they make me feel I'm in home, and if I need anything, they will do their best to make me feel confortable (1 more star).
