  – before departure, you should wash the dishes and take out the trash;

  – observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM;

  – take off street shoes at the entrance.

  Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony. Smoking will result in a fine equal to the deposit. The apartment is not rented for celebrations and parties. According to the complaint of neighbors about a noisy event, eviction follows on the same day without refund of the deposit and payment for rent.
