- The cottage is prepared for comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests inclusive.
- Accommodation with children from 2 years and more is possible.
- Compliance with the rule of silence from 22:00 to 10:00.
- Additional cleaning exceeding 3 hours (standard cleaning) in the amount of RUB 1500.00 will also be deducted from the security deposit.
- Closing the cottage for additional. cleaning and disruption of the arrival of the following guests will cost the violator the full payment for their stay in the place they have chosen, as well as the full payment for the disrupted booking in the cottage.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the house. In case of non-compliance, a fine for smoking in the amount of 3000.00 RUB will be automatically deducted from the deposit amount.
- Damage to any property provided during the stay will also be deducted from the amount of the deposit or appealed through the company.
- Communication with neighbors is completely limited.
