Comentario del Falcon Hills Hotel 3*

De entre todos los hoteles en los que me he alojado en los últimos 15 años este ha sido el peor. Las instalaciones son viejas, el aire acondicionado no funciona, la luz de las habitaciones no funciona, las toallas están rotas, la comida que te sirven está fría, la limpieza deja mucho que desear y lo más importante y por lo que peor me he sentido, el trato de los trabajadores, deficiente, arrogante y prepotente. Definitivamente, no solo no lo recomiento, sino que lo eliminaría de las busquedas de internet, para nadie más tuviera que pasar por la triste experiencia que yo y mis compañeros pasamos. Evidentemente la actitud de estas personas no refleja la ambilidad, disponibilidad y saber estar de los egipcios, por eso yo les aconsejaría otro hotel, donde seguramente las personas que encuentren sean reflejo del resto de egipcios. // Questo è stato uno degli alberghi più deficenti in tutti gli aspetti che ho visto in vita mia. Dagli attrezzi al cibo passando dallo staff tutto merita meno dieci. La luce non funzionava, l'aria condizionata non funzionava, gli asciugamani erano tutti bucati e veramente vecchi, il cibo che ti danno a pagamento sta freddo, la pulizia praticamente non esiste e ciò che mi ha colpito di più, e che non rappresenta la gentilezza del resto di egiziani, e la maleducazione del personale che lavora li, soprattutto quelli della reception, sono antipatici, prepotenti e arroganti, non meritano un lavoro che abbia da vedere col pubblico. In definitiva, questo albergo dovrebbe essere tolto dal elenco di alberghi disponibili, cosi si evviterebbe questa brutta esperienza ad altri turisti. // Of all the hotels I've stayed in the past 15 years this has been the peor. Las facilities are old, the air conditioning does not work, the room light does not work, the towels are broken, the food you serve is cold, cleanliness leaves much to be desired and most importantly and what I've felt worse, the treatment of workers, poor, arrogant and overbearing. Definitely not only not Good Holiday but eliminate it from Internet searches, for anyone else had to go through the sad experience that I and my colleagues had. Clearly the attitude of these people does not reflect the ambilidad, availability and knowledge to be of the Egyptians, so I would advise another hotel, where surely the people you meet are reflection of the rest of Egypt.
