Comentario del London Elizabeth Hotel 4*

IPAD STOLEN in the room. The last December stayed at this hotel over Christmas. One afternoon we were in our rooms not, someone entered the room key (which you are forced to leave at the front desk every time you leave the hotel) and someone stole our iPad that we had in a drawer and we searched our suitcases. Following a complaint to the police and several complaints from us to the hotel, they told us that they do not take care of the robbery. We believe they should be responsible for the theft and someone entered the room when they had our keys. They excuse that he had to be saved in the (rather small) safe but still they came with the key, at no time forced the door. Disappointing! ______________________________________________ Nos roban el iPad en la habitación. El pasado mes de Diciembre nos instalamos una familia en este hotel a pasar las Navidades. Durante una tarde en la que nosotros no estabamos en nuestras habitaciones, entraron con la llave de la habitación (la cual te obligan a dejar en recepción cada vez que abandonas el hotel) y nos robaron el iPad que teníamos guardado en un cajón y nos registraron las maletas. Tras la denuncia a la policia y varias quejas por nuestra parte al hotel, nos han comunicado que ellos no se hacen cargo del robo. Creemos que tendrían que ser ellos los responsables del robo ya que nos entraron a la habitación cuando ellos tenían nuestras llaves. Se excusan de que lo teníamos que haber guardado en la caja fuerte (bastante pequeña, por cierto) pero aún así entraron con la llave, en ningún momento forzaron la puerta. Decepcionante.
