Asistí por una capacitación, el evento incluyó desayuno el cual la verdad estuvo algo minimalista, se supone que me sirvieron fruta pero en vez de estar picada estaba rebanada en hojas muy delgadas y solo venía entre 2 y 3 rebanadas por tipo de fruta que al final fueron como 4 diferentes frutas, en realidad parecía más degustación que entrada del desayuno luego el desayuno de igual manera una porción pequeña de chilaquiles con 1 huevo estrellado, y de tomar juegos naturales, en lo personal eh asistido a muchos eventos en varios hoteles y haciendas en Mérida Yucatán y me decepciona decir que en el hyatt Mérida es donde menos lo eh disfrutado en calidad de cómida y comodidad, el servicio del personal a diferencia es muy bueno, serviciales y atentos en general, pero lo demás no, el ambiente en las salas de conferencias que tienen es muy triste y los colores y la iluminación son muy cálidos exagedos diría yo, entonces a un que está bien para ciertos tipos de eventos, en Mérida la mayoría son eventos o conferencias comerciales lo cual el ambiente tiene que invitar al invitado a estar atento, cómodo y despierto ya que duran varias horas del día, y con un ambiente tan cálido en el caso del hyatt no disfrutas de la estancia durante el y desde que remodelaron hace algunos años la comida ya no es la misma, onestamente estaba más rica antes nosé lo que pasó pero podrían tomarlo en cuenta.
