Attention, ARNAQUE! Les propriétaires de cet hostel en possèdent d'autres, moins bien centrés (c. F. Leur page web mise en lien. ) et une fois que vous faites une réservation pour leur hôtel très bien situé, ils prétextent une coupure d'électricité dans la chambre pour vous reloger dans leurs autres hostels! Très inconvénient et désagréable! N'y réservez aucune chambre, dans le même bâtiment il y a l'hotel Valencia ou le Helena II qui sont de bien meilleure qualité! Et le staff ne parle qu'espagnol (espagnol de Cuba en plus, pas des plus faciles à comprendre. )

Los dueños de este hostal poseen otros hostales un poco mas lejos del centro de Madrid (vean la pagina web. ). Nosotras habíamos reservado este hostal justamente en este hostal por su situación pero al llegar nos dijeron que no tenia luz en la habitación y que por eso teníamos que irnos a otro hostal suyo (santa barbara) (pero sin decirnos que era suyo, solo diciendo que era el unico libre). No queríamos (esta lejos de la zona que nos interesaba) entonces fuimos al hostal valencia en el mismo edificio gran via 44 (muy buen hostal). Al día siguiente fuimos al hostal Miami para ver si habían la habitación pero la mujer no quiso dejarme ni entrar en el hall ni ver la habitacion ni dar me una hoja de reclamación. Conclusión : esa mujer nos mintió — — > NO RESERVEN EN ESTE HOSTAL!

Don't go there. They overbook the rooms, then they lie to you telling you there is no light in the room and they try to make you go in another of their hostels but far from the city center. The service was awful because the lady was lying to us, maybe she though we couldn't speak spanish and we didn't know Madrid so we wouldn't have said anything. She was lucky that we were there for holiday and didn't have time to lose going to the police because we could have gone : she refused to give me a complaint sheet and slammed the door at my face. VERY BAD HOSTEL, don't book any room there if you don't want to be homeless in Madrid.
