HORRENDO Y SUCIO HOSTAL, no hotel, con instalaciones VIEJAS, HASTA DUCHA Y TELE ROTAS, hay cucarachas tambien (tengo fotos). Hemos hecho el check-in y a causa de una pierna lesionada de mi pareja y el dificil acceso a la playa (escaleras, escaleras, ascensores que tardaban demasiado y mas escaleras), despues de 2 horas, hemos pedido amablemente que hagamos el check-out el dia siguiente y no despues de 6 noches como habiamos pagado al llegar. Me han pedido que hable con Booking cuando eran ellos los que manejaban el pago y fue enorme asi como muy desagradable mi sorpresa cuando, tanto el personal de recepcion, como el director, SE NEGARON devolvernos el dinero de las 5 noches restantes. Dijeron que la penalizacion era de 3 noches cuando nosotros habiamos aceptado pagar todo al llegar ya que nuestra intencion era quedarnos. Personal muy borde, el hombre mayor de recepcion asi como el director de este penoso hostal, tan bordes, desagradables y poco profesionales. Senti que nos habian robado el dinero ya que se negaron devolver desde el dia siguiente. Su proposito es quedarse con el dinero de uno, por eso te hacen pagar todo en el check-in. TAN PENOSO! Imposible ducharse, agua o muy caliente o muy fria, ducha rota. La comida del buffet no esta buena. Tienen un monton de problemas ya que todo esta al reves, viejo, feo, huele mal, sucio, con cucarachas, mubles viejos, baratos y feos, baño horrendo y sucio, dificil acceso, no hay espacio para las maletas y con todo esto, no te devuelven el dinero si no estas a gusto y tienes que pagar por ello?! No reserven este sitio aunque sea el mas barato, NO VALE LA PENA, TIRARAN EL DINERO Y SE ARREPENTIRAN. No volveria a alojarme ahi aunque fuese GRATIS. CRUZ Y RAYA! HORRENDOUS DIRTY hostel with OLD FACILITIES, EVEN BROKE shower and TV, cockroaches also. We checked-in and due to a leg injury of my husband and the difficult accesibility to the beach (stairs, stairs, elevator change taking too long and more stairs), after 2 hours, we kindly asked them to check-out the next day instead after 6 day that we had paid for during check-in. They asked me to talk to Booking when they were responsable of the payment and it was huge and so unpleasant my surprise when the reception staff and also the manager DENIED refunding the money for the 5 days left. They said the penalty was 3 nights when we accepted to pay everything upon arrival since our intention was to stay. such rude staff, the man at reception as well as the manager of this lame hostel, so rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. I felt they stole our money since they didn’t accept to refund starting the next day. Their purpose is to keep one’s money, that’s why they make you pay everything upon arrival. SO LAME! Impossible to take a shower, either hot or cold water. The buffet food is not good. They are having lots of problems since everything is so upside down, old, ugly, bad smell, dirty, with cockroaches, old ugly cheap furniture, horrendous dirty bathroom, bad accesibility, no space for your bags and with all this, they don’t refund your money if you are not comfortable paying for all the above?! Don’t book this place even if it’s the cheapest one, IT’S NOT WORTH IT, YOU WILL THROW YOUR MONEY AND REGRET. I’d never ever stay there again even if it was FREE. cruz y raya.
