ENGLISH (ESPAÑOL ABAJO) There was none of the staff in the hostel for when I was going to checkout, they arrived as I was writing a note telling them I am owed my deposit and leaving them my contact and the keys as I was not going to wait any longer (waited 20 minutes and had to cancel the first taxi I called) I ended up missing the bus and had to get on a later one at the terminal. Also, I had to cancel one night since I had to vote in a different town (elections were going on), told them in reasonable time as soon as I learned my appeal to vote in Armenia was declined and they only refunded half. Aside from their F#%! ups, the beds are quite comfortable, the hostel is quite well located just block down from 14th, a nice comercial drag and in between two malls (Portal and Unicentro) that you can walk to both of them. Their breakfast is more generous than what many others offer and I would stay there again, hopefully the staff is on top of their game not leaving the front desk unattended and I can modify this review for the better. ESPAÑOL (ENGLISH ABOVE) No babía personal en recepción para cuando debía hacer checkout, llegaron mientras escribía una nota diciendo que me era debido mi deposito y les dejaba mi contacto y las llaves ya que no iba a esperar más (esperé 20 minutos y tuve que cancelar el primer taxi que pedí) Perdí el bus y me tuve que montar en otro que salía más tarde estando en el terminal. También tuve que cancelar una noche ya que tenía que votar en otro pueblo (Eran elecciones) Les dije en tiempo reasonable apenas me enteré que mi petición para votar en Armenia fué negada y sólo me reembolsaron la mitad. Aparte de sus C@g@d@s, sus camas son muy cómodas, el Hostel está muy bien ubicado una cuadra abajo de la 14, una avenida comercial y entre 2 centros comerciales (Portal y Unicentro) a ambos se puede caminar desde ahí. Su desayuno es más generoso de lo que otros ofrecen y me quedaría de nuevo ahí. Con suerte el personal va a estar enzima de sus deveres, no van a dejar la recepción sin ser atendida y yo podré cambiar esta reseña para lo mejor.
