Comentario del Canadas Best Value Inn Chinook Station 2*

The room was small, noisy and blankets with cigar burns, we paid for kitchen and there were no plates, cutlery etc, internet did not work properly. When we went to complain to leave the place because it did not meet the minimum to be there, we found another person complaining that the photos were fake and asking them to give back 1000 dollars for 14 days. It was ignored, outrageous, and the manager told him "I say go away" and "it is a private place, get out", the manager throws, literally, the paper on the client face. When we complained we got the same answer, they did not refund the money, we spent the first night because it was late and we left the next morning. I travel a lot to different countries, I go to hotels, and this is definitely the worst experience I have ever had in my life. — La habitación era pequeña, ruidosa y con las mantas con quemaduras de cigarro, pagamos por cocina y no había platos, cubiertos, etc. Internet no funcionaba adecuadamente. Cuando fuimos a reclamar para irnos del lugar ya que no cumplía con lo mínimo para estar allí, encontramos a otra persona quejandose de que las fotos eran falsas y pidiendo que le devuelvan 1000 dólares por 14 días. Fue ignorado, indignante, y el encargado le digo que se largue y que este era un lugar privado, le tiro, literalmente el papel en la cara. Cuando reclamamos nos dijeron lo mismo, no nos devolvieron el dinero, pasamos la primera noche porque ya era tarde y nos fuimos a la mañana siguiente. Viajo mucho a diferentes países, voy a hoteles, y sin duda esta es la peor experiencia que he tenido en toda mi vida.
